The brief
We started working with Balfour Beatty delivering central skill set learning and development to their Head Office employees. Our role quickly grew and we are now considered an integral partner to their training design and delivery across Head Office and multiple UK areas for the Highways Services.
The solution
We have trained employees from supervisor level to senior management addressing a wide range of development requirements.
ILM
The ILM Level 3 and 5 course programmes provide industry recognised leadership and management certification. Delegates also get a unique opportunity to present their solution to a real business problem they have identified directly to senior management. This is something that is truly powerful and inspiring for all involved.
Model Manager
This programme runs over 3 months and covers team leading skills, employment law, improving performance, stress awareness and diversity awareness.
Wide range of solution training
Our development training has included performance, presentation skills, communication, leadership, implementing change, customer service, coaching, disciplinary and grievance, influencing, negotiation, time management and even corporate manslaughter training to name a few!
The results
So far we have been working with Balfour Beatty for over 10 years.
Since 2012 over 40 employees have achieved ILM qualifications.
Solutions to real business problems have been developed and presented to senior management by ILM delegates.
