Need for Achievement provides personal professional development through a supportive working partnership. Our coaching benefits organisations by boosting and improving individuals’ performance through developing skills, confidence and focus.

The range of expertise our team offers allows us to work with all levels of management and leaders. From Director and Senior Executives through to line managers and officers in a wide variety of industry sectors.

Confidentiality is paramount to successful coaching and our coaches are skilled at building rapport and trust quickly. We ask the right questions even if they are the tough ones and guide coachees to explore their ambitions and how to achieve them. Coaching is also a very powerful way of addressing real issues and challenges before they become major problems. Our coaches provide helpful input or suggestions without being directive as the best solutions will come from the coachee themselves.
