Professional recognition for your people

Need for Achievement has been a registered and approved learning centre for the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) since 2009. ILM is Europe’s largest independent organisation focused on leadership and management development.

We are confident we deliver the very best in industry leading qualifications and professional recognition for our clients. Our Level 3 and 5 management programmes are very successful and many of our clients attribute changes in their people’s performance directly to our training.

The modules all require work based assignments which enables and encourages delegates to relate their learning directly to their own work environment.

 

We are also a recognised NVQ centre through accreditation to OCR. Our NVQ qualifications support our management training focus.
Core subject areas are: Business and Administration, Management, Customer Service, Learning and Development.
