The brief
Elekta is a Swedish company that pioneers significant innovations and clinical solutions for treating cancer and brain disorders.
They asked us to redesign their global management development programme from nine days to four days without diluting any of the core content.
The solution
Our Model Manager programme for global mid and upper level management was delivered as a pair of two day courses over three months. The first looked at Self-Management and Change Leadership and the second focusses on Achieving the Task and Managing the Team and Individual.
We also included a half day refresher in between the delivery days and a half day summary one month following the course end to further cement the learning.
The results
We have been delivering the programme since 2013 with great feedback from delegates, managers and the Global Learning and Development Team.
