Alison Charnock 

Alison has a way of making the most complex challenges seem like a walk in the park. It’s quite a thing to see her take even the trickiest of subject areas and translate them in to plain English in her charming no nonsense style.

Alison is our HR expert. She puts people at ease whether she’s in the training room, coaching or providing consultancy. It’s clear when you meet Alison that she knows her stuff and has a balanced view of business needs and good HR practice.

She is well versed at working with a range of clients including retail, engineering, conference, hospitality and charity sectors. Her own business experience includes HR roles with Motorola, Sony, Next and Bristol and West financial services.
