The brief
Our client has a fantastic history of harnessing talent and promoting internally, however, many of their managers had not received any formal management or leadership training. We were asked to work with The Shakespeare Birthplace Trust to design a management training programme for 33 of their employees.
The solution
We designed the Management Empowerment Programme based around ILM level 3 qualification with additional modules specific to the Trust’s organisation. The course comprised of 9 modules of which two were compulsory and three were selected by the delegates from a choice of 7 areas. This flexible approach allowed the delegates to select areas of best fit for their own development and job role.
The results
All delegates passed and received their certificates in Autumn 2015. The second programme for new delegates begins in February 2016.
